Fingerling potatoes really do look like fingers, and they help to make brilliant finger food. Serve this pan of fried chip-free nachos for dinner, or as an appetizer at the next gathering.

Messy or neat

Ingredients

1 lb (450 g) fingerling yams or other small brand new potato, halved

2 green onions, diced

1/2 glass (125 mL) sliced fresh cilantro

Directions
